We service what we sell. All our new bikes come with free settling-in servicing for the first year, to help reduce long-term maintenance costs and to enhance the use and enjoyment of your bicycle.
We also service (most of) what our competition sells. We're a full-service repair shop, and can provide estimates and advice on maintenance and repairs as well as sizing and fitting advice for bicycles and safety gear.
If you already have a bike, and are looking at getting a different one from us, we also consider trade-ins. We accept any bicycle-related donation, and will do our best to either get them to a good home or recycle them properly.
Tune-Up Package Options
We offer several tiers of tune up to suit your needs, and our professional staff will help you decide which tier is right for your bike.
BICYCLE INSPECTION
$39.99 bike shop-grade, $59.99 non-IBD
For peace of mind when you don't expect us to find things that need adjusting (otherwise we recommend you go straight to a tune-up).
Pump up the tires, lube the chain, plus check the bike over, test ride, and provide a report on what else the bike needs.
INSPECTION WITH BOLT TIGHTENING
$75, $85 e-bike & MTB, and $105 non-IBD bikes & e-bike
Everything the regular Bicycle Inspection offers, plus properly tensioning all the bolts as we go. For that extra peace of mind on a bike that probably doesn't gear and brake adjusts.
Single-Speed Tune-Up
$99.99, for single-speed bikes, fixies, BMX, and many kids bikes
For peace of mind on bikes without gears. All of the previous services, plus brake adjusts and minor wheel trues.

Service for life
Winter Tune-Ups For Life packages are available for bike shop-quality bikes! The packages provide a prepaid tune-up between the October 1st and the end of February each year for as long as the package-holder owns a given bike. Winter Tune Ups For Life is available for bike shop-grade bikes (whether purchased with us or purchased elsewhere) and costs $375 on regular bikes, $405 on full-suspension mountain bikes, and $435 for e-bikes.
These packages are discounted 33% if purchased with a bicycle.

Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
